Exceed is an expanding business that specializes in financial advising. The target-group is private citizens in need of financial advice regarding capital, insurances, pension planning etc. in the Stockholm and Malmö area. The company has eight financial advisors and several associates including Skandia, Ohman Fondkommission, HQ and Erik Penser.
New clients are recruited via telemarketing, using 50 trained communicators. As part of their training each communicator has to take an exam/validity test to make sure that they are sufficiently trained. Instead of a traditional examination where each exam had to be handed out and graded individually, Exceed now use Exercisers Validity tool. Each communicator can take the exam on-line, have it corrected in real-time and immediately find out if they’ve passed. Exerciser has also made it possible for the communicators to get instant feedback on their individual test result, on-line, which saves time.
